Correct method to earn your driving license in Rajasthan. Rajasthan Government has undertaken an online process for citizens to file applications for receiving driving license. The online process to gain driving license has started from October 2012 in the vivacious city of Jaipur. Notwithstanding, this process was started in other divisional districts of Rajasthan around December 2012. Now, general people can apply for their driving licenses via online. This is equivalent to the process of applying for their passports.

Apply Online for Driving License Procedures

Step 1-
Hit learning license option on www.transport.rajasthan.gov.in portal

Step 2–
Input all the required information in the form and submit it online

Step 3-
The date and time of submission of the respective form will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4-
The applicant will have to arrive the RTO office on determinate date and time with required documents, where you have to deposit the fee.

Step 5-
After finishing of the above process, the Applicants will be suggested to present for a test on touch screen. During the test, the Applicants will receive 150 questions for preparation. Out of which he/she will get 20 questions and will require to solve at least 12 of them.

Step 6-
Once the Aspirants passes the exams, he/she will be qualify to get the learning license.

Mandatory Testimonials submitted with online Application form for Learner’s License. 
i. Application form no. 1 – Medical Declaration

ii. Two recent passport size photographs of the applicant

III.  Residence Proof – The applicant can attach one of the following document for age proof.

   Voter ID Card
    Photo ID card
    Life Insurance Policy
    Passport
    Pay slip issued by State or Central govt.
    Aadhaar Card

iv.  Age Proof – The applicant can attach one of the following document for age proof.
               School Certificate
               Birth Certificate
               Passport
               Aadhaar Card
               Life Insurance Policy

V. The applicant should be8th passed to get the driving license

Fees for Category I Learning License :

    Learning License Fees – Rs. 30/-

    Trial Fees – Rs. 50/-

    Permanent License fees – Rs. 200/-

    Total Rs. 280/- required to be deposit on the cash counter of the office.

    Rs. 80/- will be extra charged for each one above category.
